Hubby made rice dish which consists of white rice, ground beef, velveta, sour cream, worstershire sauce then baked in the oven. The original recipe is from his mom but he always adds some soy sauce for me 'cause I need my soy sauce fix!!! Hehehe.

Stir fry. Possibly with chicken. Possibly without. We'll see.

Vegetarian shepherd's pie. It's a hearty meal kind of day. Rainy, overcast and yucky.

Question? What's in a vegetarian shepperds pie? What do you use instead of ground meat???
