Fast fry pork chops (on sale at Sobeys + had a 1$ coupon paid $1.75!!!) There was a tester there giving out samples (on my lunch) she swore to me that I could cook these *LOL* she has more faith in me than I do. See I have major issues cooking pork chops - no matter what I do, I always over cook them. So I shall try again, and hopefully succeed Sides will prob be, side kicks & green giant veggies

a feast of different local artisan cheeses and cheeses from France, proscuitto, salami, serano ham, and an assortment of olives and antipasto, all served with local hazelnut spelt bread and a ficelle baguette...and to cleanse the palette, some local Cowichan Valley white wine (2 different bottles )...Did I mention it was all my DH's idea since the kids are out for the night? hehe

We had Mr. Sub - I had assorted cold cuts. It's gotta be more than a year since I had one.
