The government could still invite him to address Cabinet, he doesn't need to address Parliament.
However the Whips and House Leaders can get together and agree to it and the Speaker would have a hard time legitimizing his view over 650 MPs. Doubt the opposition would agree to that, but the Speakers word doesn't have to be final.
Be interesting to see if he visits the Queen too

Instead of allowing a speech at Berkeley to 200 college students thugs destroyed their college, committed vandalism, property damage, looted downtown stores, smashed ATMs and physically assaulted people.

Trump's criticism of Nordstrom raises ethical concerns
Trump’s comments came after Nordstrom announced last week that it would stop carrying Ivanka’s label due to poor sales. “We’ve said all along we make buying decisions based on performance,” a statement issued at the time said. “We’ve got thousands of brands – more than 2,000 offered on the site alone. Reviewing their merit and making edits is part of the regular rhythm of our business.”
But the move followed a weeks-long boycott campaign organised by an anti-Trump activist group called Grab Your Wallet, which demanded Nordstrom sever its business ties with the Trump family. Three days prior to dropping Ivanka’s brand, Nordstrom also issued an internal statement in support of immigrants following the president’s executive order temporarily banning immigrants and refugees from seven Muslim-majority countries. It has maintained that the two were not connected.
After Trump’s tweet, the department store chain’s shares dropped but later bounced back. Trump’s tweets have in the past also been correlated with changing share prices in US automakers, Boeing and Carrier.
Asked about the tweet at his daily press briefing, White House press secretary Sean Spicer said of the president: “He has every right to stand up for his family and applaud their business activities, their success ... For someone to take out their concern with his policies on a family member of his is just – is not acceptable, and the president has every right as a father to stand up for them.”
Short answer : no Long answer : NOOOOOOOOOOO!

#45 has a few ticks in the " loser " column now and he is not happy about that.
Judges ruled 3-0 against him on his attempt to lift the stay on his " not a Muslim ban " ban.
Then Kelly-Anne Conway slipped up " BIGLY " by cheerily shouting out on a Fox interview " go buy some Ivanka Stuff! " and actually said " I'm gonna do a free commercial for her, I have some of her stuff, it's great....go online and buy some! "
After those 2 minor issues happening then #45 had to reverse his big talk about negotiating with Taiwan...thought he could renegotiate the One China policy.
"President Trump agreed, at the request of President Xi, to honor our 'one China' policy," the statement said. A spokesman for Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen said in a statement it was in Taiwan's interest to maintain good relations with the United States and China.
Oh also there may be something brewing regarding Michael Flynn ( National Security Advisor ) talking with Russia BEFORE Trump had taken office.
President Trump’s national security adviser, Michael Flynn, privately discussed U.S. sanctions against Russia with its ambassador to the U.S. before the president took office last month even though officials claimed he didn’t, The Washington Post reported late Thursday night.

So this administration has some lessons to learn about how things are done. #45 still thinks he is the CEO of a Company instead of serving the people.

There have been so many times I have wished that payless sold online in Canada, simply for the kids shoes. Doing so might have meant a crapload more sales for them up here.

I watched CNN all day and finally!!!
Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn resigns amid Russian controversy
http://www.cbc.ca/news/world/michael...rump-1.3981476
My personal opinion on this is he was asked BY #45 to talk about the sanctions because it makes no sense that he would do this on his own as he would be aware that these types of calls involving Russia are tracked.
As early as Jan 13th this first came up in the Washington Post but it took this long before WH tossed him out. Who will be next??
The Washington Post reports that two people familiar with the issue, who spoke on condition of anonymity, claim that President-elect Trump's choice for national security adviser, Michael Flynn, held multiple phone conversations with Russia's ambassador to Washington on the day the US announced retaliation for Moscow's interference in the election.
