today while waiting for my daughter at school, i watched another mom see her daughter slip and fall(wet rainy day).. then with an annoyed look/tone tell her stop crying and get up "your just fine, better you then me" really?! your kid just slipped and fell and your only response is better you(the child) slip and fall then she does?! how is that parenting

A little off the topic, I was at a hotel swimming, and I see this little girl maybe 3 years old with floatees on her arms, I asked her where her mommy or daddy was, she didn't say anything but looked over at this lady texting on a lounge chair, the mom was pretty far away and din't even look at the child!! I couldn't believe it!! It only takes seconds for a child to drown, every one needs a wake up call, put the damn phones down and enjoy life!!

i think some people are soo addicted to their cellphones that they are completely missing the world around them, i've had people walk infront of me while i'm driving without even looking up to see if it's clear and safe to do so, and it's scary that people are soo interested in what is happening on the screen they can't even see they are putting their life (or their kids life) at risk

was so excited this morning when I logged into my pc plus account to see 4000 points wus$10 in natural value and,,, $3000 points wus $30 in natural value. As I do a lot of my shopping in this area I was super happy. Even went to loblaws to scope out their natural value section ( usually shop at RCSS ) thinking which items to stock up on...get home look at my offers again and both of them are gone. Even though I loaded them....Not nice pc points, not nice! Whereas before I was feeling super happy with you...now I am mad at you.please return my offers and I will forget this ever happened!

Another great RCSS St.Catharines (4th & Louth) Rant...

Denied a PM/ Coupon combo by a cashier AND supervisor, I was PM'ing Sobeys for Chef Boyardees (2/$3, no price outside of multi-buy stipulated anywhere), so I was going to do the following:

Chef Boyardees (2): $3 - 10% Student ($0.30 OFF) - BOGO ($1.50 OFF) - 800PC Plus(400/ 1 bought) = $0.40/2

Now, I have done the EXACT same transaction before and was not denied, I was told that because I was going to be getting the one free (from BOGO), that I would not qualify to PM @ 2/$3 and would have to pay the full price on one of the chef boyardees when it was not stipulated within the flyer, she told me I can use it again when they come on sale, but tough luck for this one RCSS, I'm not going to you for it, i'll go to Zehrs on Tuesday for the better offer:

Chef Boyardees (2): $2.50($1.25 EACH) - 10% Student ($0.25 OFF) - 800PC Plus(Digital) - 500PC Plus(In store) = $0.30 MADE

So, RCSS, I will be now moving away from any and all purchases that I have to make from your store, If i can PM @ WalMart at get the same deal, I'll do that instead. RCSS IS THE WORST!

Trying to cancel a Lise Waitier order. The whole phone menu is in french, when I finally figured out how to get to the customer service line, I get a message saying they aren't taking mssages and get sent back to th main menu. Reception keeps transfering me back to the main menu.
This is a Canada wide company, why isn't the phone menu in both languages? And why can't I actually get customer service on the phone?

some cashiers are more lax then others on the policy (there is human error too) and some just do not know the policy or were not trained properly. Walmart has the same policy they do not price match multi buys or bogos or percentage off.

I talked to the receptionist who was not helpful and told me that customer service people they have are staffing the warehouse sale in Montreal. Seriously? You're a big company and couldn't hire some temps to help?
I've beem trying for 3 days to cancel my order,(found out the person that I ordered for already has the palette), couldn't get through on the phone until today(however that could have been my cell phone) sent multiple emails, Facebook posts/messages, and left messages for a supervisor and nothing. Finally I filed with PayPal hoping they at least respond to the dispute.
Not a very good first impression.

I swear technology hates me! I can sign into my eBay account on both my iPhone and house computer but if I try it on my iPad, it says invalid. And yet if I go into my eBates account and I access my eBay through them, no problem. What a pain in my backside!!!
My Sony eReader takes 3 days to charge and then I can only use it for 15 minutes before I have to recharge it another 3 days!

they charged me for the wrong potatoes at the grocery store... the potatoes should have been half the price of what i pay.. now i need to go back down there on monday and get it fixed...fortunately they will give me a full refund, and i don't have to bother bringing the potatoes back-they will take my word for it.. but it's a pain in the butt to get back down to the specific store and i won't go near there on a sunday (they have something tiny like 30 parking spots in their parking lot for about 5 different stores and always a battle to get one)
