    For my dinner I grilled wild Icelandic cod in some olive oil and topped it with a random sauce I thought up which consisted of chopped mango, chopped tomato, chopped orange pepper, caramelized onion, dill from Mum's garden, mayonnaise, a dollop of sour cream, and a bit of salt and pepper. I was afraid it would be a flop, but it was actually really good! I also grilled some mini white and red potatoes with onion and rosemary.

    There is no way your cooking would ever " flop" It sounded awesome! Better than " char-burgers "
