That looks pretty good, easy enough to make from home too!
I'm currently making chicken kickers! I kind of just went in blindly, hope they turn out yummy! Does anyone know how to toss breaded chicken into a sauce without making the breading too soggy? Any special tricks?

BBQ burgers - first time trying the PC thick and juicy - taste okay, really fatty (lots of fire!), and kinda fell apart. We'll go back to Co-op ones or the ones from a local butcher!

Tonight will be yesterday's leftovers. Piggies in a blanket (made from Yves veggie sausages and Pilsbury crescent rolls), stewed cabbage/onion/tomato, kidney beans, salad. Yummmmm.

I have to run some errands later this afternoon, which means, my fave, eggs for supper! I am trying to decide between poached eggs and garlic toast and egg quesadillas. both are quick and easy and are a big hit around here.

Hubby's off to play bridge, so Wednesdays are always 'easy dinner' nights..
Today:
roast beef in a slow cooker, with 1 can of Coke and 1 bottle of Diane Sauce.
We shredded the beef, I thickened the sauce on the stove, then we had open-face hot beef sammies.
I'm stuffed.

A little tiny pot roast in the slow cooker & homemade mac & cheese. I hope someone makes a nice salad.

Tonight is roasted taters tossed with bbq'd zuchinni(fresh from MIL's garden), chives, parsley, green onions (all from MIL's garden) and evoo and S&P.
I am going to attempt to grill some tofu and veggie kabobs using a spice packet I got at SDM for $1.99 (skewers included)

DH used up some of his lettuce and tomatoes from out back. Still had plenty of things premade so just added the salad.
