@jasperandchar today was also the first day in who knows how long that I've had a day home by myself too. DH had an appt at 9 and then pretty much went straight to work (he normally works 3pm-11pm but on Fridays he works 12-8pm). I however did not have nearly have as productive a day as you lol. That's awesome how much you got accomplished

Ahhh...back from lunch and a little shopping, and now home, on the patio swing, with wine and wee Jenny. Not a bad day's work.
Hubby won't be home for dinner from his golf tournament, so I also have the house to myself....some tidying to do, but not much else....you all sound as busy as ever!!
I get winded reading your posts!
Enjoy your sunny day!

@saundyl So sorry about your cousin.
Today was the end to a very hectic week. Sister went with me so we had a day out together...haven`t done that in ages so it was nice.
Got all my deliveries made, bought more towels, had lunch at Arby`s and then went to the cousins house where my aunt was. She is 88 so I`m not sure if she`ll be making any more trips to Canada. Had a good visit with cousins that I very seldom see.

Saundy...all my good wishes go out to you.
My frugal move for today is to blanche and freeze 10 lbs of beets and 10 lbs of carrots that I bought for $1.99 ea at Sobey's yesterday. Beets and carrots for the winter, or a few months of it. I'm also going to force myself to fill out a rebate form on the Airwick I bought at SDM in order to bump me up to where I got 8000 bonus points with a special offer. I don't know why it is so difficult for me to fill out rebate forms. It seems odd even to me but I have real resistance to doing so. Then I think of the money and I muddle through.

Good morning, everyone.
Happy Caturday!
As you can see, some of us don't want to wake up and face the dark gloomy day.
Had fun at my Mom's. And not just because of the chocolate.
Fun times ahead today - a little theatre, a nap or 2 with the critters, yummy leftovers my Mom packed up for me.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day.
