Sounds like fun summer times abound!

There is a music festival going on in our downtown park this weekend and antique cars. There was a parade, too. My brotherR told me all about it.

I found the perfect pieces of plywood for under my bed at the ReStore. The piece that was 4' X 4' would have fit in my car if it had been 4' X 3' 11"! So my brotherB is going to help me get it home tomorrow and the bonus is...he'll help me get it on the bed!

My nephew is coming home from camp today and will be home until Wednesday when the whole family heads off to camp for a week. Yippee! I will get a nephew hug or two!

Good morning everyone!!! Happy Saturday!!! I found the coupons i was looking for the most against stamps so I am happy.Went to thrift store yesterday afternoon and got for 3$ because it is the 1$ sale 1 pairs of jeans who fit me..bahahaha....1-t-shirt and 1 purple scarf..then I asked suggestions from my friends on taille plus stores and ended up buying 8 pieces of clothes online at laubainerie for 93$..not bad considering 10$ was taxes and I have free delivery because I spend 75$ and more.Reclycle banks magazines:

Ordered Marie-Claire without any issue,now I need to built 3000 points for all the magazines I want lol

May head up to iga because I want chicken stuffed rolls and fresh fruits for lunch

Yes sunny and hot in qc too,the ac is on !!! One thing I dislike is to not have a credit card for my online shopping..desjardins dont want to give me one because I have no salary and live on heritance money for the moment...so instead for my online shopping,at least dad have a credit card and i borrow him anfd paid back my due..Better than purchasing cards in stores with incredible fees...eww

Thanks everyone and yeah I’ll keep plugging away. The 5k on July 1st was 40.23, last sat was 38.53 and they think I’m around 38 mins this time. I’m just waiting for the official results to be posted. I came home and had breakfast and then did a 26 min ddp yoga workout. I’ll see what I do tomorrow but Monday is something called sweat rx at the gym. Hope everyone has a good day.

Good morning all. Hoping that everyone is having an awesome weekend. @avoncallingu my ankle is healing . I am now allowed to work on it with the air cast. Still have to have it on 24/7 . But a relief for me since I don’t feel so helpless. @cabmonk congrats on the 5k race . You are doing awesome
Today will be a day of resting since I was out yesterday for most of the day.

Good morning everyone!!!

I ordered last night from recycle bank cosmopolitain,oprah and harper's bazaar magazine,I will really be a happy camper if I receive them all.now to built my points for Good Housekeeping,Country Living and House Beautiful.The others ones I dont take chances because I dont know if that work...I calculated with all the 2 years subscriptions it will be over 700$ of free magazines,wow I would never paid that ,that is a lot of money.Not plannning on going out today except for renew my médications.Supper will be chicken wraps and cheese .Have an awesome day everyone!!!

Hiya, Happy Sunday!

Had a lovely thunderstorm in the middle of the night. Very scary cracking thunder, which made me help a few times. Poor Vader kitty stayed hidden behind our bedroom door, but she came out when she thought the boomers were gone - she slinks so close to the floor, so very wary.
So we got some rain, and small hail as well.

Another hot and humid day here, ick!
