Well done @Lynn49 - as long as you know that style of mask does not protect the person who is wearing it, but only that the wearer will not spread it to someone else - so it protects others. Just heard a Dr talking about it at a news conference today.
It has been an okay day - I am a bit bummed out because my left knee decided to join the pain party, it's what wakes me from sleep and makes me walk ever so more slowly. Last time it bothered me this much was last year when I was in the hospital.
So last year, I came home Easter Saturday, though the date was later than now - I think the end of April.
Husband and I made shipwreck casserole together - gee, I got as tired cutting the veggies as he did shovelling some snow.
Hope you all have a lovely evening!

Dang it, @Natalka , you can't seem to catch a break...I hope things change for the better for you as Easter brings you blessings, Hon.
Yes, absolutely realize that the masks I sewed don't protect the wearer, but I had to laugh at what a doctor said on tv...if he saw people wearing a mask he'd make a wide swath around them. So maybe that's the protection: everyone else stays away! Hahaha!!

Soooo...not my pretty flowered one?! Hahaha....the kids wanted "plain" ones of course, but I still made our GS the robot one...I'm not sure if he's too old for that pattern, but he's not allowed to go anywhere anyway.
Thanks, @GoJays !

Thank you, @flemeth , and good morning to you! I see frost out there this morning, 0 degrees, going up to 10 with rain. We only have a strip of snow near our south fence where its shaded during the day, so that rain should take care of that today.
Have a lovely day!

Good morning my friends.
My plan for today is go for a bike ride once the sun is up . And as per @walkonby DH suggestion I will plant some butternut squash, bitter melon and Peppers indoors fingers crossed these old seeds germinate.
Hoping you all are doing good and staying safe.

good morning everyone!
@Natalka we were all with you during that scary health journey last year, and we are still here rooting for every bit of pain relief to come your way!! I adore all of your great pics that you post of various cats, large or small!
@GoJays how goes things with your offspring there 24/7?? Is the home schooling a reality for the 2 of you?
I am so grateful this did not occur when our 3 were in school, I was NO help to them with math after my kids reached grade 5!
Best of luck to you @flemeth wrt the gardening projects. Gardening is so good for the soul, but sadly I kill most everything I attempt to plant, water and nurture....so maybe my soul is black.
I feel so good today! Why? Hmmm, not sure really.
Nevermind that,
today is hopeful as we all woke up to see another day unfold.....right?
So why does my brain immediately go the the silly side, the comedic darker side many times.
Perhaps I just wanted to play around with my markers, either way have a laugh at my expense.

Sorry the attachment didn't work. Oh well. Happy Tuesday.
I can't profess to understand God's plan. Christ promised the resurrection of the dead. I just thought he had something a little different in mind.
