I keep trying to like posts but I’m not sure it’s working lol. It doesn’t indicate that I clicked. Anyway I’ll keep clicking and hopefully I am actually doing something haha. Laundry all done and then my aunt asked what I wanted for lunch. So we drove through tim Hortons on the way home. Their prices are pretty reasonable. Was like $13.00 for a large iced Capp made with chocolate milk, 1 donut and turkey melt. Will try to make it to the gym around 4.30..

Hi, all!

No good news to share, so I will skip that.
Up all night with the darned pain from the blister leg. Nurse came mid-morning, so there was a lot to deal with. But OMG, the blasted pain - from when she cleaned it until now. Was up all night with the crap pain which was very stabby, kept husband up too, unfortunately.

Nurse put on lots of the silver mesh, noticed how much I was crying, then sandwiched it between layers of gauze to give that a try. It has been painful steadily since she left, and me on my strongest painkillers.

A nurse will come back Friday. There are a few new small blisters on the right ankle as well.

Gah, too much for me, honestly, especially since I have so many other owies and problems.

To you all, thanks so much for your encouraging words and being so kind to me.

@Natalka , when my Brother, who had Type 1 diabetes began to have problems with one leg in particular, his doctor and surgeon either tied off or removed the offending artery which was responsible for the blood pooling and subsequently causing skin lesions, a break-down on the skin. This solved the problem of his blisters and was performed as soon as the problem was diagnosed.

You've been putting up with your lower extremities' circulation, blood-pooling causing thise blisters, has your doctor ever suggested surgery? I wish something more can be done for you instead of just continuing to treat the symptoms rather than curing the problem. My Brother never had those issues after his simple surgery.

Stupid scratchy throat and small cough so I’m just trying to rest up today. I have spin class booked for Thursday and Friday plus treadmill and weights. I hope everyone is doing well. I got my shipment of Walden farms zero calorie syrups and thousand island dressing from the low Carb grocery. At the end of the month I’ll probably order more sauce and some of the 60 calorie wraps.
