    Hope everyone is doing well. My depression still hits me often but Iím trying to post more. Went for an hour bike ride. Tomorrow is spin class, treadmill and weights. I still feel blah a lot but Iím trying. Also weighed myself today and itís not bad. 212.2 and I started in 2018 at 340lbs. My main goal is 185 but my first goal is to get around 208..

    Nice and cool out so will soon head out for a long walk.
    Recently I have been eating too much sweets as long as itís in the house I canít resist it after dinner last night I ate the entire 100g chocolate . Have to try and be back to watching what I eat.

    Morning, folks! @cabmonk -This pandemic has been tough on all of us but especialley those who fight depression. I'm impressed that you have been able to get back to your exercising! I wish I could say the same.

    @flemeth - I know what you mean about temptation! Best intentions moving forward.

    @walkonby , those morning glories are glorious! I love morning glories.

    Tootie has had a bit of a rough weekend.
    She had me up at 5AM Saturday and 3AM Sunday desperate to go outside.
    Sunday I persuaded her to use the balcony but she feels she has to pee up to 25 times on our very short walks.

    She did sleep through last night. Thank goodness.

    My BrotherR had a fall onto the break handle of his wheelchair and injured himself. He talked to an on call dr. on Saturday but is trying to get in to see our dr. today. BrotherB will go with him, I hope.

    I have booked a 2 night "getaway " at an airbnb in Chatham. My friend is going too and we can take our doggies.
    Sept.16-18. It will be good to get away.

    Well, Tootie is declining breakfast but I need to get mine.

    @avoncallingu thanks Iíve dealt with it for a few years now. I keep trying to stick to my exercise. Later today Iíll be going to the gym. Doing treadmill, the 5.30pm spin class and weights. Iíve been trying to follow a low calorie density diet and I added back some chicken, turkey and egg whites to my diet. Hope you are doing well.

    I felt like Snow White yesterday!!

    My Hubby picked up a big bag of Planters peanuts and as soon as we scattered them on the ground and our deck, we were surprised at the appearance of several chipmunks, squirrels and my first encounter with a Blue Jay!

    To top it off, I kept placing the peanuts closer to where I was sitting and knitting until finally a chipmunk took one out of my hand, as I held it close near the deck!! What a blessing!
    Then we almost have to duck the chickadees flying to and from our bird feeder, then there are the visiting hummingbirds! And they do make a chirping noise although it might not sound like humming, hahaha.

    Then, after company left and it was just us and our kids, the biggest, chubbiest racoon came calling! It waddled up the tree, took hold of our bird feeder and shook all the remaining seeds onto the ground!! It kept its eyes on us, as it wobbled down the tree to consume them. We've seen many raccoons here but never any as fat as that one, lol!

    About 8 ducks visited us the day before then wandered trailer to trailer.

    What an amazing day! I've never seen a blue Jay before...they're quite a large bird, but how beautiful! My Hubby kept placing peanuts for the two of them, ignored by the chipmunks and squirrels since they were well fed on the ground. One squirrel somehow detected that the bag of peanuts was in one of our toolsheds and drive itself ballistic attempting to get in!

    Other than that, it's another lovely day here, and like @flemeth I'm also grateful that its cooler out there now and seems we share the same problem of needing to make better food decisions.

    Good afternoon one and all! Glad to see so many around today!
    I got my walk in first thing before it heated up.Then got some stuff done that needed to be done.
    Took the cat out back for some exercise. Then pulled weeds and managed to trip over our humongous snow shovel.Thought I should move further back to watch the cat closer, parked myself in a lawn chair
    and proceeded to topple the chair over onto my arm! Bruised myself up nicely and somewhat painful but nursed myself back to health with gummy bears 😋
    At least likes working along with posting! Hope reigns!

    Hope everyone has a good day. Iíll be off to do laundry soon. The low calorie density diet seems to be working, Iím down to 211.2.. Iíll definitely stick to this and see how it goes. I had 2 turkey wraps for breakfast lol. After laundry Iíll go to the gym. I need to push myself to go or Iíll just sit here.
