@GoJays I agree with you 100% that the crazy people will be going to other places if the red zone goes into lock down

Rumour is that Waterloo will be going into Red tomorrow. This may affect our "Bistro" which is now serving up to 24 per seating. We're hoping that if the Bistro closes, we'll at least have take out available.
I have most of my Christmas Bins out of my storage space now but still can't find a particular tablecloth that I want to use, or my ceramic tree.
I had my friend "spot" me while I got things out in case I came "all of a custard" (as my mother used to say )while taking things out of the storage.
It is open to the garage and so all of the boxes are filthy!
I am tired and itchy again tonight, so I took a Benadryl in hopes of dozing off quietly.
Have a good rest. Stay safe and well, my friends.Last edited by avoncallingu; Thu, Nov 19th, 2020 at 10:23 PM.

I have no good reason to be awake.....yet here we are.
Good day @GoJays .... nice artist work there. Reminds me of an article about a Dad who brought his own kid's drawings of animals to life....scroll down to a few of the photos....I am almost peeing laughing.

I think today is Black Friday?? ....Hmmmm, do I NEED anything? Normally this day comes and goes for me with no shopping online or in person. Normally I'd enjoy the news clips of the people in the US that line up at 4 a.m. and then trample over each other for a tv. Not this year it seems, I heard they cancelled their Black Friday events.
Is it too early to brew a coffee? I'll try it.

Good morning!
Omgosh, @walkonby , those artistic renditions of his kids' artwork was amazing! The colorful elephant had me laughing out loud....I think my Hubby thought I'd finally lost it! Hahaha! The automobiles were fun but that tractor?! Haha! The people, however, were truly frightening!
Not much on the agenda today, likely working on the gift tags.
Be well out there.. @GoJays , it really is si ridiculous to declare an area as a red zone, as if people don't work 15 minutes from their red zone homes! You might even be working with them! I know you're being as careful as you can be.....I'm keeping everyone on here in my prayers.
Enjoy your day, everyone!

The child's drawings are all cute @walkonby , but the dad's renderings are downright horrifying

So @Lynn49 apparently neither of us was right....for Walmart's version of Black Friday their flyer read of an " early bird " event which began Wednesday at midnight ( online ), then in the stores on Thursday at 7 a.m. Not even on the Friday?
So now I have no idea if those same sale items will run as a Black Friday event till next Friday perhaps?
Meh??no matter to me. The coffee was perfect this morning.
yeah, @GoJays I suppose the Dad was a little out in left field BUT so hilarious!
My cabbage rolls came out HUGE!!! They're all cooked, but I still have the remainder of the giant cabbage....so large it fills up a full sized dinner plate. More filling left too, so maybe I'll just make a lazy pan, a messy mixture with what's left.
We have sunshine!!

Region of Peel and Toronto is under a Lock Down. I don’t think this will help with the numbers going down because people will travel else where. I don’t understand why our Schools are open when there is lots of cases . One or the schools Around my area has 8 classroom closed but school is open
Well I will think about my family and only go out for essential. Hoping people are not panic buying again My rant is over

It's the weekend!!!
Good morning all, I may pay for this early rise later on but atm I feel very well rested.
So Monday is doom's day ( again ) here in T.O. I suspect there will be a mad rush of people trying to get in for a mani-pedi or hair cut this weekend. I wonder how many businesses will close for good from this shut down?
Those cabbage rolls were such a hit, almost worth all that effort.
Keep safe ( and indoors ) folks!
