I'm not getting logged out @danger_dan . My issue lately, is when I hit that post button, it takes forever to do so.
To the point that I go back to hit it again, and nope, there it goes...

Good morning!
Well I've developed an issue with SC lately...it almost, but not quite loads. I can't use the "like" button until for some odd reading I try again and it works, even though that blue loading line never makes it to the end, iykwim. Weird. So if I haven't liked you, lol, I'll try to remember to go back and do so.
7C overnight! 'Nuff said.
Jenny's back to the vet for her needles this morning, just Hubby is going, and her pain med seems to be doing the job in reducing her pain. Yesterday morning at camp she kept hiding in the bathroom, under our bed, as animals do when they're ill. It's so pathetic, the look in her eyes. I gave her the med and she was back to herself in about a half hour. Poor wee muffin.
Ok! On with the day! Or at least a second coffee!

Best suggestion ever, @GoJays ! Ugh, Walmart...haven't been there, don't want to go.
Thank you for my and my Hubby's giggles this morning!
Stay well, my Friend.

Fairly productive morning for me. Made a batch of potato/egg salad ( using up the last of the soon to be spoiled spuds ), also a smaller bowl of regular egg salad for sammies. Later on this afternoon I'll mix up the thawed burger with yummy herbs, spices, bread crumbs, diced veg, etc to make a meatloaf.
Sauteed up 2 large pieces of baby beef liver ( dredged in flour ) alongside sliced onions and mushrooms in butter. Made a small bowl of hilarious Idaho instant mashed ( these are my DD's, she'll freak if she sees I used some! ) and warmed up some pork 'n beans as an accompaniment.
That was my breakfast.....ha ha ha , well I showed some restraint by saving one piece of the liver for later tonight.
Why does no one else in my family like liver?? It is awesome.

Hi, @walkonby ...short note:we occasionally used grocery store instant mashed potatoes, esp at camp, but one day my DH bought the one from Costco and omgosh what a difference! If you ever get lazy (and I'm sure you never do!), one of those packages inside would feed your family as a side dish.
They carry this brand: https://idahoan.ca/products/honest-e...shed-potatoes/
As to liver, I don't like cooking it but if were at a Cracker Barrel or some such, I do order liver and onions...only my Dad and I liked them.I think my poor Mom held her nose as she cooked them!
Okay. That's all for now. Toodles!

Good evening, everyone!
Things have smartened up for me today, although not exactly wonderful. Bearable.
You all sound very busy. I sound like a slug..
Have a good night!

Good morning my SC friends
Not sure what Mother Nature is thinking . Yesterday was so cold for me I had on a light jacket outdoors and today is so humid. I know my DH vegetable garden needs the hot weather because the Hot peppers needs the sun and heat to get them very hot and for them to start to ripen. Also my butternut squash is now flourishing and my tomatoes has now started to ripen . Hoping for at least 2 weeks of nice weather
