My computer is having a tantrum so I'll just say a quick Good Morning to you early risers - and for those who will read this later - to you sleepy heads (jk - I envy you ) Hope everyone has a good day...

Where's the snow we were threatened with overnight?!
The sun's shining, no snow, oh happy day!!
Good morning, early and late risers!
Nothing pressing on my agenda as usual, so I may ask my Hubby to drive me to Michael's for a few things. It is cold out, though, even without snow.
Take care if your out there, have a lovely day.

Hi, everyone!
I am all clean and shiny, ready to continue the day.
Had a yucky night with horrible right leg pain. Husband had to move my leg off the bed so I could sit. It's like the leg was not listening to my brain command. Hurt like the dickens to boot.
Right shoulder and arm were awful too, pretty much unusable. I could move it this morning, but with lotsa pain. Oy!
Hope you all have a Wonderful Wednesday!

@Natalka I am so sorry you are in so much pain most of the time. You are one strong woman . Hoping as the day progresses your pain subsides and your day gets better

Such a beautiful sunny day, you'd never know a snowstorm was threatening?? or has that danger passed?
Doing a little more Christmas prep ( baking cookies ). This was my first attempt at Pompochkey ( ty @SnowFlakey ).
I started getting tired rolling them, plus just not a fan of the sticky hands thing so...... I put the remainder of the batter in the fridge to bake after my nap.
@Natalka ty for the post that kinda made it worthwhile logging in. ( the cat one about the Christmas tree! )
I so wish your situation would take a hard left and subside with the constant pain. Poor thing.
here's a photo of my boys ( Claudius and Hamlet ) to cheer you up!!

Dang it, @Natalka , when do you catch a break?! Have you talked to your doctor about the new pain in your arm? I really wish there was more someone could do for you. Praying for better days ahead, Nat.
Hubby took me to Michaels where I picked up my resin, a few other things, then to Winners/HomeSense where I wandered for about 10 minutes until I'd had enough of people, and wanted to go home. The line-up! NO social distancing! I'm not a person who panics but I just couldn't wait to get out of there. DH even had to put the cool air on in the car, it was difficult to breathe from wearing a mask.
Amazon: we're dating again!!!
@walkonby , those Pompochky look beautiful! Nice work, and it is work, isn't it? I know your spoiled family will love them. Iirc, my Mom made something similar with s prune or poppyseed filling...pampushky.
Ok! Off to get into mischief!
Hope you're all keeping safe.Last edited by Lynn49; Wed, Dec 2nd, 2020 at 06:18 PM.

Quebec is implementing new legislation re: # of shoppers allowed in a store based on the size of the store (based on square meters). So expecting more and longer lines at the supermarket. Sounds all too familiar. Starts Friday, so I may see if I can squeeze in a trip to the grocery tomorrow - although I have a feeling I'm not the only one who has that idea!
Have a great life!
