Have been hiding inside from the rain till I forced myself to get some exercise. That said, $1.00 coffee at Timmie's with the app.was a good incentive too! All kidding aside,better to get out before seizing up. I would rather be in pain from exercise rather than inactivity.

Too much of the white stuff out . I was out helpings to clear the snow it’s very heavy. It will be snowing here all day. If you have to be on the road be careful it’s very icy and slippery.

Good morning!

Well, I fell asleep in the evening for under an hour - but then why was my punishment being awake all night? I had brekkie, took meds hours ago, but am feeling sleepy so I sure hope I can sleep for a bit this morning - it's just about 9:30 now.

I had crappy pain pretty much everywhere - honestly, I prefer when only several present themselves for me to deal with.
Because I have been favouring the right side of my body - knee, under thigh, lower back, shoulder, hand - now my left side has joined the party! Argh!

I had some nausea yesterday, but it wasn't bad.
I have been having crazy dizziness, way more and different from my usual. Not sure what is different that made this come on.

Well, that's it. I have a phonecall appointment with my rheumatologist tomorrow morning.

Wow...your snowfall down there! Nothing here, yet, but it's scheduled to arrive this evening. The winds overnight and at present must have taken a few trees down here; I'm so relieved we had the half dead, huge one behind our home taken down.

Hope everyone is doing well today. Worn out from the 1 hour spin class and 1 hour uphill treadmill yesterday. Then today 45 min spin class, 50 min treadmill and 25 mins of weights. So tomorrow I’ll be taking the day off but maybe going for a walk. Looks like friends is probably leaving Netflix Canada dec 30th. It says dec 30th last day to watch on the episodes booo lol.
