Oh, good...I hope you liked them.

If you go to allrecipes.com, do a search for Down East Pumpkin Bread.

It's definitely NOT bread, it's cake, muffins, bundt cake...BUT!!

DON'T use the small can (or amount) of puree...I use the very large cans of pumpkin puree!!
I also add golden raisins...it turns out like the best carrot cake...without the grating, lol!

@Lynn49 - hoping you can get further answers from the doc
I'm surprized you did not know fibro was an autoimmune condition... that should have been important information discussed with you by the doctor who diagnosed you.
For me, it was actually no shock to be diagnosed with it - just added to my list of other autoimmune diseases which I have, some I have had for decades...

One of the questions asked by the nurse before she gave me the Covid shot was whether I had any autoimmune diseases. I had to list them, then sign a waiver because it was not studied in the testing of the vaccine. So obviously since you didn't know, you would not have done so.

To everyone, Happy 😺 urday and Happy May Day!

Oh! @Natalka , I may have not posted that properly, yes, I was fully aware of it as an autoimmune disease, but what our Daughter found out was that my weakness and dizziness might be disautonomia, related to fibro. I'll have a darn good chat and meet our new Doc in June.
    It just has to stop.
We went to Lowes garden centre last week and I so looked forward to the outing, but in spite of me holding on to a cart, after 10-15 minutes I felt like I could drop to the ground! And there was no place to sit!! My Hubby came around the corner shelving and right away knew something was wrong, and escorted me to the car with Jenny while he went back to pay for our flowers.

    I don't like feeling so helpless. 😥

    This will stop!

Well... Loblaw has announced one last COVID bonus for us. They aren't calling it that officially, but that is what it's for, they are instead calling it the "Appreciation Bonus for ALL Full- and part-time colleagues". Not sure yet how much that will be, but they have stipulated it will be "based on hours worked", so I should be eligible for the MAXIMUM amount since I am a part timer, working 40hrs virtually every. single. week...

So we will see how that goes, details apparently coming soon, and the pay will be given in June.

Good Sunday Morning everyone! Nice and sunny again today. We are doing a drive-by later this afternoon. It was granddaughter 2 birthday last week and today is our sons birthday. We are bringing the Doughnuts.

@Lynn49 - gotcha - When I would have those feelings it was very low potassium. They usually give a drink as a supplement, but it was like drinking salt, so I said puh-lease give me pills, even if they are horse pills and so they did.
It may also be a bp problem, which I am sure you have already considered.

I also am hypoglycemic from my PCOC, so I have to watch for that.

Hi everyone. Easter on the Julian calendar today. I have enjoyed going through posts from around the world on a Ukrainian group - especially baskets for blessings. So many different ways blessings were done, because of Covid.

Nothing newsy here, we soldier on!

Not my eggs, but these are a beautiful collection

Hi, @Natalka, I've been taking potassium for years, 1 / day, and my BP was fine, surprisingly, but it was my heartrate that was up.
Thanks...it's a puzzlement. I blamed it recently on my weight-loss, but I'm eating just fine, very healthy foods, no sugars, no fats, few carbs....anyway....either someone will find out what's going on or I'll just have to deal with it.

Dd called earlier and asked me if I wanted anything from venus.com, so I went on line and found a couple of tops I liked. Amof I love SO many of them ( in spite of the way the models are posing in them, lol...neither of us dress like that!)
