Good Morning everyone!!
Blue Jays....FULL STOP! Yup, from heroes to zeroes last night. Why watch? Red Sox were up 6-0 in the first and things never improved. Poor Stripling had another poor start on the mound. Bullpen? what bullpen?
So...we rented A Quiet Place 2 instead. Great flick.

Lol, truth be told, I really enjoy them with poppyseed dressing, just veggies in a rice wrap, raw.
Not terribly filling but a yummy mid-day snack.
1200 calories has been determined to be the lowest number of calories for a woman who wants to lose weight yet remain healthy. Don't ask me how I know. 😌

I've seen that 1200 number as the minimum requirement, too.
I've tried reversing my meals and it did seem to help. I would start the morning with a huge meal of Prime Rib and end the night with bowls of soup, stew, or fruit. It did seem to make a difference.
I have read that the act of eating celery takes more energy than the celery gives the body. So, why aren't there more celery-based snacks? Does celery taste so bad that there is no way to make it more enjoyably edible? Of course, the processing or addition of salt/sugar/butter would likely make it no longer a caloric negative, but there must be some way to be able to allow someone to eat all the celery they want and still lose weight (or at least remain neutral.)
Celery chips? Air-fried celery?
I don't like the taste of raw celery, but will readily eat it in soup/stew. Rice cakes are just as calorically passive, but their blandness and tastelessness makes me avoid them.My food may not befit a king, but I eat like a horse.

😂🤣.....I've always said that as an explorer, had I ever come across celery, it would remain a weed today! I cannot eat the ridiculous things no matter what's on it. I do enjoy its flavour in soups, dressing, but that's it.
My Daughter got me hooked on Noom. She's lost 35lbs since January, down to a comfortable size 10, dang her, lol...I've lost 18, in the past 2 months but I'm not as dedicated as she is, and she does walk 8-9k every morning.
Summers are so much more difficult, esp with camping...too many get-togethers, camp fires, it just seems ok to crack open a Mike&Steves before noon! 🤫
A 1200 calorie diet is entirely doable, although I usually can't reach it, hovering around the 800-900s.
