    Last night's Anniversary dinner of us not killing each other for 43 years was memorable as nothing screams romance and longevity like the atmosphere of The Pickle Barrel.( kidding ).
    We were there for the calamari first and foremost, then DH swirled into his crab and shrimp Linguine while I made took a chance on the
    almond encrusted salmon ( the soy-ginger glaze was Muah! ) .....it'll be same time and place next year God willing.

    No Jays game today, I might have to do housework......shudder!

    Big rain this morning, so not a golf day for the family.

    Just chiro this morning and that's it....a lazy day or two at home. Our weekends at camp are sure dwindling and I'm not anxious to face the winter that the Farmer's almanac is predicting for us!

    Uh oh....who JUST used that " W " word in here??!! Almost as taboo as the " S " word. Blurting out winter and even the mention of the white stuff has smacked me square into the fretting zone......thinking now about highway driving, shovels, extra clothes and staying inside, well that last one is embraced by me most days anyway, so thanks I guess....

    ha ha ...I am in a rather playful mood this morning, after watching a few gorilla videos, in particular the ones where the Silver-back Dad's are seen tolerating their wee babies slapping them in the face and running amok in the enclosure. One especially had me laughing , it was more of a teenager aged offspring trying to bug the beejeebus out of his Dad , a wooden wall separated them on one side only but for sure the Dad could have gotten up and just knocked him out. The close up on the side eye the Dad gave was priceless.

    geeesh o.k. if you insist I'll post that video.....lol.
