Another dull day, chiro this morning, very much needed. I think that now I'm walking better, I take advantage of it too fast as I've boogied down too many streets at camp. But exercise should help, yes? A chat with my chiropractor is in order today.

Hmmmm... @GoJays you have given me an idea of how to rid the street of the noisy muscle car a neighbour across form us has. He's too old to be having that cool of a car, AND he looks ridiculous in it!! Sunday mornings, yep THAT'S when he fires her up....ugh!!

I can answer that! ....NO! Exercise is the creation of the DEVIL himself. Ask yourself why it hurts to do it? The Devil loves when we are in pain, and if he can convince us to do it to ourselves, well, even better!

I'm just jealous that I've still NOT embraced any form of a workout.....yet......still.

Here we are mid week already eh? We are all kind of busy doing different projects here. Mine is always in the kitchen, DH and DS are currently using every ounce of their male-ness ( strength, stamina? ) to reno the backyard a wee bit.
Not the complete overhaul I wanted, but this DIY version is way cheaper, just takes more time and orbits around how much physical torture these guys can take. hey! maybe if I tell them it's good for them because it " exercise! ? ! "
