Hallowe'en next week....and then Remembrance Day Ceremony at the cenotaph in town..THEEEEEEEEN it's Christmas stuff!

Well, you do have your priorities in the correct order, @danger_dan....I'm much the same, but very much hate halloween. I know, yes, it was fun when our kids were young, when their costumes were made at home, not every girl wanted to be Barbie, (unlike the hoards of Barbies infesting our streets this year!). It's the cheap, shoddy costumes that bother me the most, and women with babies in strollers begging for candy...like just who are you kidding lady?! And I use the term "lady" loosely. And when we were kids, treats were often home-made and we all knew which houses to hit first, lol...now? It's a big box day of snatch and grab.
But yes....it's fun when the kids are little. For the parents, hahaha!

So why does my post from 2022 open every time I sign on here?! It would be nice to just open at the last page.....weirdly annoying.

However! Great fun at Laurentian University yesterday, performing for the 1st year nursing students, very attentive, nice chats with them afterwards.

what could be better? Leafs beat Dallas 4-1 and the Northstars have gargantuan players! @Lynn49 I only noticed 1 NFL game on, caught some of it in real time.
Bills seemed to have a healthy lead until they came close to blowing the win. ( the loser....that was the team Brady played for right? ).
It's a bit early but already have my first mug of brew on my mug warmer, with a small plate with healthy crunchies ( fruit/veg ) next to it. Eating while typing is not recommended. Oh well its Friday!
