Hello folks! Are you going to camp this weekend, Lynn?

Cleaning person came this morning, then I went and got my hair cut, stopped in at the Mennonite Relief 2nd hand store and solved 2 problems. Found a table which is 3X4 but can expand to 10' long. Perfect for when I want to cut things out or sew. Also a pull-out sofa that is quite nice-Dominant blue with a beige speck (double, I think) AND THEY WILL DELIVER IT!!! Right to the spot where I want it. I could also put the delivery off for a week because I have so many dr. appointments next week.

I came home, had a rest and then made plans to drive to Chatham tomorrow with Tootie and my brother. They will swap out my winter for summer tires and I will put new flowers at my DH and parents' graves. Will get to swim at the Holiday Inn pool and meet some friends for supper.. Hope to get to see my mil at the nursing home. Don't know if she'll remember me.

Then up early Saturday -back to Waterloo and then meeting with a wedding couple in Elora at 1.

As you can see I am feeling better.😊

It's Retro-Fest in Chatham this weekend so may fit in watching the antique car parade.

So have to do some prep-work for tomorrow.

It's Memorial Day in the States so many moving tributes to those who served and perhaps were lost or changed in the process.

Just wanted to check in and say I'm down to 325lbs from the 338lbs I was just over 2 weeks ago. Well it's between 320 and 325 but I can't tell so I went with 325 lol. Hope everyone has a good Friday.

Hi, @avoncallingu ...nope, none of us are heading to camp this weekend because lots of rain is expected. There's a long summer ahead of us, so we're passing on this one.
Safe driving, Avon, enjoy your dinner with your friends, and good luck with meeting that couple. Sometimes I really miss those initial meetings...nervous couples that I enjoy settling down and trusting me with everything...then the actual ceremony. But I have other plans for my summer Saturdays now...glad you're on board down there; they're in good hands!

Hello week end!!!

Another sunny hot day,I am thinking of putting the ac soon and tidy up the appart for the soon annual inspection.I hope we will have the pc sliders burger awesome offer soon,because I want to try them!!!

My day will be continuing writting to 15 compagny for coupons,I timed 3 days for that(I take my time)...I ask compagny for coupons and they said yes and I have not received anything,so mad.Still waiting for my purina proplan coupons,I emailed them and phoned them,,,such a bad forwarding compagny....Wishing you all a great day,enjoy it!!!

I missed the shoppers bodywash olay for 0,99$ after the 2000 pc points on each ,but I have already a box full in the locker,but I have difficulty to pass awesome deals close to free ...

Go Jays..... big laughs in the morning! I'm always making up funny words for the entertainment of my deaf dog but yours are fabulous!

I keep thinking its Saturday. Phoned my BrotherB who was at work and asked him what he was up to today. He just laughed at the mindset of "the retired". But then, I have to work on Saturdays when I perform weddings.

Well, as some famous person said, "I must arise and go now to Innisfree," or Chatham, whichever is closer.

Yesterday, it was the primary nurse who came, so I explained everything to her. Interestingly, she asked what I thought about that previous nurse - apparently others said she was very rushed, too.

So, legs just aren't doing well - the blisters thing. The only good thing is that there is absolutely no sign of infection on either. Nurse will come today to see how they are. You know it's serious when you go from visits once a week, to every two days, then daily...

This morning when husband was putting on my compression stockings, he found a new big blister on the right leg, so on it goes.

Gah, just WAY too much going on - and not in a good way.
