Good morning all.
@walkonby , our doggy walker (who is also a registered vet tech.) recommended putting about 2-3 table spoons of cooked white rice in with
Coopers food when she first saw him and he had really water BMs. The rice cleared up the runniness in two days flat.

Drive into the city was acceptable this morning, no delays coming in, but of course the TTC had to release a service delay announcement literally 30 seconds before I was about to drop the lady off for her ride down the southbound trains...so I ended up driving her directly to work. Probably saved her about a 30 minute delay this morning, or at least the headache of dealing with stupid delays in the morning.

Looks like a touch of rain today, nice hot day tomorrow, and a cool down on Sunday. The makings of a GREAT weekend!

I love these morning pictures!

Woke up early in a panic thinking I had slept in. The early brightness is making me think that it is later than it is. A kijiji delivery of a file cabinet this morning and then a planning meeting with a couple I will marry in a couple of weeks.

I had some wonderful health news yesterday. I haven't shared but after a CT scan a couple of weeks ago, an ER dr. gave me some pretty scary news. The MRI that I had on Monday debunked the prediction so I am over the moon with relief!!!

As the song says, Blue Skies, smiling at me, nothing but blue skies do I see.

Yeah, that's happened before too...
I'll get a text from her 2 hours after I drop her off saying something along the lines of "expletive expletive this...expletive expletive that...expletive TTC and these expletive delays!"

Going to do the ddp yoga 1 on 1 with Haydn workout. 26 mins long but def gets my heart pumping and then lunch time. Just got back from food basics. some good deals like the strawberries 2 for $2.88 and english cucumbers .88 cents.

Argh, my back got worse late evening yesterday. Unfortunately, I was not in good shape when the home care nurse came this morning, and moving around was really hard.

Today shall be a day of rain, that's ok with me.

Thx, Jay's. Yep it definitely complicates things way, way more than I need, it just sucks.

Lol, and it indeed has been literally pouring - good rains outside today, leak in bedroom ceiling, gah! I called husband, he zipped home from work to hang a pail and clean the floor, then went back to work.

I'm frankly just so very sick of dealing with all this bad health crap!!!!
