    Good news!

    Doc came to see me, heart rate is up and I'm okay. Still weak and dizzy a bit. I will have to have an ECG and blood work.
    Even the doc had trouble finding my heartbeat, but my pulse is good. Hm, I always thought they were the same thing.
    She told me not to worry about the numbers, but more about how I feel.

    Physiotherapist came in this afternoon as well, things are slow but may be progressing. My Walker's brakes are not working well, so she will try to find someone to fix it. I had Milan look at it yesterday, but since it's a loaner and the cables are hidden, he didn't want to mess with it. Not that he couldn't do it, he did fix the one I own (which is too wide to use in our house).

    So I feel better emotionally about this. I'll be staying off that med the Dr figures was the cause of the low heart rate, I guess sometimes things just happen out of nowhere.

    Hope you all have a nice evening. I'm prepping veggies for our chicken supper, husband is out shopping. It's his last holiday day, I am going to miss having him here every day, as well as him being much more relaxed.

    Reminds me of some people that would call when I worked at the Travelodge. Travelodge Timmins Michael speaking. Ahhhh is this the Travelodge? A couple times I had the urge to say no it's the Best Western and hanging up lol.

    Good morning, everyone!

    Gee, it was hard to see my husband off to work today, so it's just me and the kitty.

    Such wonderful news that the Thailand cave rescue has been completed safely. Now just hoping they get past any medical concerns, i am sure they are going to have long lasting psychological effects, though.

    It's going to be a hot one today, ick.

    Just realized that today is the 10th, my mom's birthday. She would have been 92, a heck of a difference from when she left us at 69.

    She was just such an amazing, wonderful mom - I miss her every day, lots of great memories!
