Overall I caught up on some sleep, even though I was up often with leg pain.
Once I got up, sad to say that the big lower back pain is still here...

Oh darn it all @Natalka as you stated it would be comical all that keeps happening to you if the pain wasn't so real. I am sure hoping some treatment can find its way to bringing you relief. Naturally restful uninterrupted sleep would be ideal for you as well, so I'll send positive vibes out into the Universe that you can get both.

That shooting on the Danforth sent chills throughout our City. All I could think about was " The Taste Of the Danforth " ( street food/music event ) that goes on in the summer and attracts so many people along that stretch of Greek Town. Thank God the shooter did not choose that time to melt down.

I had to drop DD early to work today so I could get back for DH to get to his hygienist appt. Who books their teeth cleaning for a.m. on a MONDAY??? A masochist imho. ha ha ha
@Lynn49 congrats on enjoying another lovely trailer weekend with the kids....that is impressive that your GS plays both chess and Euchre. Our Blue Jays swept the Orioles yesterday!! ( I know....not that big of a triumph considering the O's awful season )

Was going out the door for my dental appointment at 11:40 when my cell phone rang informing me that it had been booked for 11:10. OIY! But when she checked , she found that it had been originally booked for 11:40 and then changed to 11:10. So now I am going on Thursday.

The Danforth tragedy is really upsetting! They announced that the two deaths were very young. God bless all who have been affected.

Got to get back to working on my cousin's memorial. It's a privilege to be asked to do this. We are not a big extended family here in Canada and this fellow was the last of the generation that immigrated here after the war.

It was 7 years ago today that we lost our mum. She died from complications of head injuries after a fall. Miss her hugs and lovely voice.

Hope everyone is having a good day. I want to get this Kenneth Cole coat for winter and a nice scarf. Change things up a bit from the normal utility type jackets I usually get. One thing though, a 2x is $109 and xl is $35. Guess which one my goal is lol. Means I have a lot more weight to lose by mid October but I'm trying to get there. Wish me luck.

Well our boys ( The Blue Jays I mean ) fell hard last night, I had to stop watching early on in the 4th inning.
Chose instead to catch up on some recorded shows. @cabmonk that jacket is quite nice! I am very disappointed in the extortionist price for the larger size, that just seems too much of a difference. Anyways best of luck with your continued weight loss and workout programme. Hope you end up with the $35.00 one in October!!
I shouldn't be on here yet, need to get a few things done around here before I feel justified in taking a break.
