Hello folks! Today I decided that everything that has been sitting around waiting to be taken somewhere was going out the door! I had to go and pick up 2 raincoat that I had left in two different places, as well. I dropped off back-to-school stuff and some donated socks and hats to a sister church. I dropped off cat stuff to the Humane Society. I picked up a perfectly good but massively heavy CHRISTMAS TREE that someone in our building had put out for the garbage and took it and some curtains which I have decided not to use to Value Village. I visited my friend who has been going through chemo and Tootie came with me all the way. I took her because I am going to be out all evening at a meditation meeting and then BrotherR tracked me down because his ride fell through for his Kinsman meeting tonight.

BrotherB and his family have finally been allowed back in their home, the street is still cordoned off to cars. Their home was determined be "structurally sound" after the blast.
Well, I have to run.... again! Hope you are all fine. It's wiltingly hot here. Go Jays, you can't scare me - by this winter, I will have indoor parking!

Hope everyone is doing well and having a good day. I did 1/2 of the ddp yoga synergy workout and was about to pull a muscle in my left leg so I stopped. Ddp is like if you can't manage this one just yet you can always go back to the diamond dozen but don't do fat burner or energy unless you are pressed for time because they're too short. screw you ddp I'll go back to them if I want lol.

Hi folks! Well, cabbie, I will be joining you with some of the things that I have heard you mention, like drinking apple cider vinegar in water, chia seeds and flax. DR. office phoned today to say that my blood work showed very high cholesterol and that I am pre-diabetic. Can't fool around with this.

I spent the afternoon looking up what to eat and what not to eat wrt pre-diabetes.

Got my car seen to, mailed some things. Got prescriptions filled. I only got about 4 hours of sleep last night so I had a snooze for 2 hours this afternoon.

Heat warning here and major bad weather last night near the camp where my one nephew is counselling this week.

Have some couples to catch up with and church work. I am falling behind.
