Things are better in one way, but not in another. However, my husband has been home to help me out greatly!

About being strong, I had never thought about myself that way. But yesterday, my physiotherapist said the team had been discussing me and said that they couldn't believe I was doing the things I was all those weeks when my heartrate was so low - others would just have stayed all day in bed.

I always thought of it as being stubborn, not necessarily strong!


Another foggy day here - so crazy for here!

Natalka..physiotherapist say its strong and you say stubborn ..but main thing is get well soon and it doesnt matter what everyone is calling it ..each day ask our heavenly father to please give you the strength and health ..so you can get stronger each day ..take good care yourself sweetie

Did a lot of running around today, mostly grocery shopping. Anyway, I get home and pay my rent. My landlord asked how much money I made and was shocked it was so low. So I pay my rent which isn't high at $515.. An hour later the landlord is knocking on my door to give me back $100 and says until future notice he's lowering my rent to $415 and hopes that will help a bit. I was definitely speechless and grateful.

Wow!! That was so nice and very unexpected from your landlord cabmonk..i say you were speechless..so glad your landlord is giving you break ..on rent of your apartment ..still people out there with big heart to help people out.especially it’s getting so close to Christmas.take good care yourself

Hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was busy shopping. Still I i an done shopping. Need to get some little gifts for the children that I help at my local school. Will be going out today looking for somethings today.

Ahhh, good morning @GoJays . Great way to start a Monday with a few of your posts.
Missed that on Friday morning...took a last minute work day from home last end of the week. The Lady wasn't feeling all too well so it was a no brainer.
@Lynn49 ...I fully expected to see a uber large count down timer or something in your signature...so where is it!?

Back to it for another week here though.

@GoJays , you are amazing, hahaha! What you need is a pickle-picker-upper! Everyone laughed at me when I used one here one day years ago, but they don't now! It's like a syringe, but when I push the plunger in, a metal claw thing pops out, I put it around a pickke, let the plunger go, the little claw grabs the pickle, and I just yank it out! No fishing around with fingers! If I find a pic and where to but it, I'll post it for you!

@Dang er-Dan, @Natalka , believe me, I looked for a countdown thingy! They're out there, but I wasn't able to post any of them on here. I might even get the pic, but the time never changed. I became so frustrated, I just gave up.

@flemeth , enjoy your trek out for those 'volunteer' gifts...is it time to bring our patience with us, or is Monday a safe bet for shopping?

@Newfiescreech , get that baking done, Hon, ..... that week-long shopping spree must have put a dent in your schedule. Heehee.....I can just imagine you don't have a minute to yourself to take a breath until the new year!

You all take good care of yourselves....I'm going to have to determine what my baking list will be this year, I don't like doing the same things year to year. Except my fruitcake! Haha!

That's something else I can't do on this Galaxy tablet! How to post links and pictures!
