Having a wonderful visit with family this week and will stay until January now. Yay yay. Helped them use over 30$ in FPC today!! Also a public service announcement ...

I was by this morning, but didn't want to post whilst I felt crappy. Just a little flu-y, maybe, yesterday aft til this early aft. Just a general yuckiness, nausea, but nothing came of it - which was good.
Much better now!

So gloomy out, so it is inside as well. Fog has been crazy. Sounds silly, but we need it to get colder because the humidity is too high. Plus, we live fairly close to the river.

Good morning!

Jeepers it would be nice to see the sun one of there days. Last night was such a 'Hallmark' evening, we were at the kids' home, helping decorate the tree, and our SIL had his new turntable and receiver set up AND he had an old Christmas album of mine playing. I gave him my huge collection of albums...it sure is nice to hear them again.

Today we're all going to see that Fantastic Beasts movie in...4D? Is that what it's called...with thise moving seats that I turn off? , then out for dinner.

You're so right, @walkonby ...the Christmas season begins!!

Your evening sounds wonderful, and another nice one today - you are so lucky!

I came close to cancelling physio this aft, but then I thought maybe she should see me when I can barely move, so I left it as is.

I have been doing all my exercises, though, til this morning.
Maybe a miracle will come before 2 p.m.?

Hope everyone has a good last day of November - isn't that crazy, though?

Well, since my fall on Thanksgiving day, the shoulder that I landed on has been in such pain that I could barely lift my arm, pain from my shoulder up my neck to my head. I was pretty sure nothing was broken or fractured, so I made an appt with my physiotherapist for Monday.

Well guess what?! I woke up this morning without a single stitch of pain, I can move my arm normally, no headache, nothing!! I think it's a Christmas miracle!!

So, I cancelled my appointment! Go figure, huh? Just like that, gone!
It's so nice to be normal again!

Omgosh, @Natalka , I posted just after you, but didn't read your post first, and there you were asking for a Christmas miracle and I received a little one!

I'm glad you made the decision to have your physiotherapist see you in the sort of discomfort that you're dealing with. I hope she can help you, Hon. And I hope you receive your miracle, too!

Did a lot of running around today, mostly grocery shopping. Anyway, I get home and pay my rent. My landlord asked how much money I made and was shocked it was so low. So I pay my rent which isn't high at $515.. An hour later the landlord is knocking on my door to give me back $100 and says until future notice he's lowering my rent to $415 and hopes that will help a bit. I was definitely speechless and grateful.

How kind of your landlord! Puts a little catch in your throat. Couldn't happen to a better tenant!


I typed out a whole message and then the phone rang and I did a few little things and -boom-it all disappeared.

Just pecking away at getting out Christmas things.
