My first real " workout " is today....ha ha ha ....well I'll call it a workout, it's Physio style exercises.
I have my recliner and heating pad all set up here for when I return....
Some more light white stuff fell during the night....fun for the dogs to trek through and sniff then snort.

Good morning!

Since it's Tuesday, it's nurse day.
The scrapes or whatever they were, have healed totally on my leg, so that's very good news. Since they healed well and weren't blisters, I don't have to revert to bandages thank goodness.

Avon, I hope your toe is better.
Walking, easy does it with the exercises! Slow and steady wins.

Home care nurse just came for my checkup. All is well.
Hm, except for my lack of mobility. Seems as though I may need a miracle for that...

Physiotherapist will come Friday with some therabands, so yay.

Hello, folks!

I had a new area rug delivered today. The underpaid is coming separately but also today. I like it a lot but now my sofa and chair are a bit "off". I have solved the problem of the sofa as I have a throw that can go on it, but now the chair just jars with the colour of the rug. The rug is from Wayfair and nicely covers up some stains that I just haven't been able to get up from the very light beige carpet. But now I am on a "moving furniture" jag that has placed me very nicely back in bed. I am waiting for a call to set up a "debriefing" meeting with one of our applicants. This Might get a little sticky for reasons that I can't get into. I have been "calling in the cavalry", but that darned cavalry have full-time jobs or sick babies. How "other generation" they are!

I will try to get a link so you can see my rug. Th' s 50 Shades of Grey- well, a few shades of grey, taupe and a couple of shades of turquoise.

It's perfect for the traffic I get in that area.
