Morning! Anyone have time to review a deal on "Kitchenshe " for Kitchen aide mixers for about $60 US? Seems too good to be true but I have been listening to people rave about these mixers for years and just couldn't justify the price. Any opinions would be appreciated. Got to walk the dog. Will be back -thanks!

@danger_dan , I'm not certain what its original name is, but it sounds like it....I bring the vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, s&p to a boil, then pour over the shredded cabbage, carrots and finely sliced red onions while its hot. A mayo-based dressing is also nice, but if it has to sit out at a buffet, this one withstands a mayo one. @GoJays ....you just make me smile!.

Off to camp today with GS...the kids will drive up from TO after their two concerts the past two days. I hope they were able to book the Tobermory ferry. I just have to remember to bring the lasagna, two layers of carrot/raisin cake and the cream cheese frosting I made up last evening to put the layers together and frost at camp. Our last summer camping dinner and weekend together.

Yes of course, here's my opinion: forget it!!

There are so many sites that end with "she", all disreputable, much like "Rosegal" sites...*ugh*.

Those wonderful reviews are all fake....

Also...your first clue should be "free shipping". NO reputable company would deliver such a heavy appliance free!!

Save your money and opt for a real Kitchenaid...there are great sales around Christmas!

As I understand it, throwing unopened beer cans at their quarterback is frowned upon.
I know, right?! Go figure!!
Also not allowed: chanting "Slay that devil quarterback!!" isn't taken lightly.

Honestly. It wouldn't be any fun at all. Not to mention it would be a very short game for us.
It's obvious those cheaters and their followers have no sense of humour, either!!

Thanks @walkonby I put too many lentils and too much sauce but they were good. Next time just 1 lol.

Anyway I opened a tangerine account last night. It was all done online Even though people kept insisting there is no way. They will give you a barcode at the end of signing up to take to Canada Post to verify your identity. I'm like nope I never got the barcode and they're like nope impossible. After answering all their credit bureau questions it said something along the lines of thank you we have enough information to say it really is you. I then sent an interac money transfer at 1am from my Scotiabank for $100 so I could get my tangerine $50 bonus. They say it can take upto a month to get the bonus and others have said I took them 3-10 days. By 12.30pm the $50 bonus was in my account lol. That took less than 12 hours from when I deposited my $100.

Good morning from the island!

Everyone who's going to the Batman's golf tournament are up and ready to board the bus to the golfcourse. Jenny and I will remain here, with our GS, and his other grandmother...we're going to take him to a "nice" lunch, then weather permitting, a little drive. Rain, perhaps thunder threatens....they all may be home early if lightning threatens!

Good morning folks!
Slept in . Banging headache! Tootie anxious to go out. 15 minutes more of resting. BrotherR wants to go to the Paris Fair. Depending on the weather. I can't see Natalka's attachments either.
A beautiful humingbird came to visit me while I sat on my patio yesterday afternoon. Maybe I need a feeder. Where do they go in the winter?
Rabbits, Rabbits, Rabbits, by the way. Happy September everyone! Got to oblige my doggie and go out to see the rabbits - she is definitely not a hunter! She just watches with interest as they hop away from us.
