I guess this is what happens when I crash fast asleep at 10pm. I was so tired I barely dragged myself to bed...on the upside, I've got a long day to get some things done...three things really, but I have to pace myself.

It's choir tonight and BrotherR is coming over early so we can have our feet done by the therapeutic travelling nurse. Then supper. Oh, yeah, we may have to have "wish" sandwiches as the Blues Brothers used to sing. 2 pieces of bread and you "wish" you had some meat. I better get to the store.

Gee, just hearing on our local news that there are outbreaks of whopping cough in our area, and the province. Boot in the head to the anti-vaxxers!!!

Nothing on for the day here until later. Our son will come after work for supper and a visit.

Yesterday I thought I was happy enough learning that a new Toy Story movie is coming out next year - and now this...

Not a fan of all Tim Burton's offerings, but the live action Dumbo looks like a winner

no snow on during the commute in, or as of yet. I was just listening to the forecast for the day was on the way in this morning. White stuff is supposed to arrive just before the commute home today.

Good morning everyone . I am having trouble signing in on my iPad since yesterday. Can't sit at the computer desk all the time so will catch up when the sure cooperate. Hope you all have a great Thursday and everyone that's in the path if the snow that coming safe drive home.

Last 2 days been sooo windy here .. trees falling down and power coming and going ..what wicked couple days and yes its freezing outside ..you need your long johns on and winter coat , snow pants wind goes right to bone ..no work today ..so laundry duties now LOL and next pack my suitcase for Christmas shopping 🛍 trip .have awesome day everyone

@Natalka ....as good as that movie may be, I just can't watch it....even animals who are sad in animations stay with me for far too long! And as far as elephants used as entertainment, I feel it's cruel and shouldn't be happening at all...amof ALL animals used for amusement shouldn't be abused that way. Also not a Tim Burton fan, either.

Two jobs done, now on to the second shoebag for our DD which is the fun part of my day. DH is off to the seniors' centre downtown to play pool so I'm on my own. Jenny has been walked, she'd done her business and I hope is quiet for me for a few hours.
@danger_dan , I hope you don't get caught in that storm during your commute! Be careful out there!!

@Natalka , regarding that movie... Yes, I was happy to see a live action Dumbo movie, hopefully it won't be a bomb. The other one I'm looking forward to is the new Pokemon movie. I know, I know... Pokemon!??! No kidding, it actually looks pretty good. It's called POKEMON Detective Pikachu. Ryan Reynolds is the voice of Pikachu. For that reason alone, I will see the movie.

Well, they roofing guys are working at my end of the building today. They wisely put up a railing.It's windy out there!

They must be using Styrofoam as part of the insulation, because little and not-so-little bits of Styrofoam are landing on my patio. Glad they aren't working with bricks!👷

Must go and pick up my BrotherR in a few minutes. I put on a beef stew in the slow cooker and it does smell very good.

I have called a couple of places that needed calling and done a whole whack of wash. I won't be around this weekend to do laundry.

I'm almost finished reorganizing my front closet. I'm going to have to come up with a better process for dressing and undressing myself and Tootie. All the bending down is killing me. She won't willingly come into the bathroom there so I can wash her feet. I need a logistics expert. She's scared to death if I try to put her in the sink. Maybe she would be comfortable sitting in an empty litter box up there while I wipe her paws. What "mummies" worry about!

Got to go. My battery inside and out is failing.😩

Out to tussle with the icy streets! I'll be careful.
