Good late afternoon and earlier evening!!!!
Beautifull day ,the windows are fully open for some fresh crispy air.18 degres now and so sunny!!!
I went to the orchard it was great and after to see my marraine(auntie) with my father .It was a lovely week end full of news memories!!! Now tomorrow or next week I will make an apple crisp with a few of the honeycrisp apples we pick up.!!!

What a great, great finish to the Blue Jays season. No apologies necessary boys!! Your final game was the best, full of highs, not many lows. That Home Run jacket was worn so often, you needed a second one!! Thank you once again for giving your devoted fans many fantastic and more than entertaining afternoon and evening baseball games.

Good morning!

Today, I think I'll walk with my Hubby and Jenny. I wish I didn't have to use my walker at camp this summer, but instead felt this good!
However, before the snow flies, I'll get off my tush and walk outside. I'm doing more around the house, as much as my fibro allows because I still tire easily, but I'm pushing myself these days.

It's so easy to become comfortable and not try harder to get healthier and thanks to NOOM., it's all coming together!

At 72, I need all the help I can get, lol!

Good (earlier)morning!!!! so sad my cat eve do crisis of astma..hope it will pass... she did 2 yesterday and 2 during this night,it woke me up....she is not young like before,I have to face that,....
