The Lady, Lad, and I are heading down south for some fun in the sun for a few weeks! Mexican Pesos have been hard to get since they're at a low right now...but we managed to get some, so off we go!

@danger_dan how wonderful!! We've all seen and heard of the horror stories of parents traveling with babies/toddlers,
however, I'll bet your sweetie will behave like a perfect gentleman and will probably nap for the entire flight!
Congrats on a well deserved get a way!! You'll probably miss out on a dumping of snow too!!

Good morning, everyone! Enjoy your airport experience, @danger_dan ! It’s much better if you have the AC membership for their lounge! It’s worth it!
But frankly, I just don’t want to fly anymore! I love trains…if they can’t take me there, then I don’t want to go.

I'm curious which groundhog predicted an early Spring @Lynn49 ? The one who lives here ( Feb 2 is DS birthday ) said nothing about the weather. ha ha
A quickie run to top up the gas tank and then onto WM, I appreciate their 7 a.m. opening. Was back home before Frankie and the cats even realized I had stepped out.

Every single groundhog predicted an early spring, @walkonby….and….ok, so like….i think that’s sunshine out there! It’s the first time I’ve seen anything like it, in a month! It’s…it’s…just beautiful…….

Indeed it looks like the two rodents Will in Wiarton and Phil in the states both got it right as so far so good!
Today is the brightest it's been in so long!...Bit of a windchill this a.m. but that sunshine makes all the difference,and as I always say"take your blessings where you can find them!".

Connor McDavid won the 2024 Skills Competition......The Million Dollar man! Our Leaf's, Matthews and Nylander placed " respectably enough " as 3rd and 4th spots in the final 8.
Nylander placed first in the One On One challenge getting the most pucks past the goalie. Pretty decent entertainment.
