huh??..... I dunno.......well....uh..... maybe I DO KNOW!!!! ha ha ha
Joe Thornton is turning FORTY this summer ( he is on the left ) and is on the San Jose Sharks team. This is likely his last kick at the can for a Stanley Cup ring. Last 2 playoffs they were in he missed because of injuries, so he is fighting now with everything he has left...( ahem....and you can almost see everything he has in that photo! bwahahaha!! )
Once the Leafs are out I gravitate to my 2nd and 3rd choices......I really like Ovechkin but they're out so Jumbo Joe it is!
By the way he scored TWO goals in last night nail biter of a game....and they won in O.T. although that blown missed call by the refs on an open hand pass saw the St Louis goalie lose his SH*T. Can't blame him, but it is not a reviewable play so Sharks are now up two games to one.
@Lynn49 now are ya sorry you asked : " Why the Sharks ? "
Gotta get myself in gear, physio awaits!!Last edited by walkonby; Thu, May 16th, 2019 at 09:12 AM.

@walkonby , I get why you're going for the Sharks, then, although that pic....um...not a fan..hahaha! I just never cheer for any California team. They have summer all year 'round. That should be enough for them.
Enjoy your physio! I may venture out later, but if it rains that may change. I may just end up practicing my water colouring. I want to do a couple of small pics to frame for our trailer...little birdies, flowers maybe...I'm leaning towards a couple of sassy chickadees...or Bluejays!

Good morning, I’ve been up since 7am. My aunt should be back in timmins around 2pm and then we’ll probably go for late lunch. I decided my splurge will be garlic bread but I’m going to have a salad. Hope everyone has a good day. 🙂

Good morning!
Wow, that baby walks better with that walker than I do with mine...
I was up a lot during the night, then woke at seven - too late, since I am my husband's alarm clock and I wake him up every day, usually at six. So he had little time to do anything, so I don't have my stockings on, nor some meds he has to do.
Crap, a wave of nausea has just hit. Just finished having some fruit and my pills - I probably will have to go lay down for a bit.
Hope you all enjoy your day.
The #vyshyvanka is the beautifully embroidered shirt of traditional Ukrainian clothing. Today Ukrainians around the world celebrate their culture and heritage by wearing their vyshyvanka. Happy Vyshyvanka Day!
It's humbling to look at photos from around the world; Twitter is the best place to view them - from embassies, governments, workplaces, and individuals - of such a variety of countries.

I've posted this before, but since the season is here, I thought a little reminder would be in order....

Good afternoon, all: I have my yard saling schedule for tomorrow set in stone. #1=8 a.m. #2=8:30 about 15 minutes from #1. #3=9 back to the area of #1. INTERMISSION: The usual Saturday grocery shop in Collingwood is rescheduled for Friday in between yard saling. #4=2 p.m. near my home. Then rest and prepare for Saturday's pillaging. I'll post what I get tomorrow. Wish me luck! This is so much fun.

Never get tired of that one, @GoJays , it sums it all up perfectly!
Its drizzly here, but I think I'll attempt the drive to the airport, so I called our SIL and thanked him for being in the wings, but I want to do this unless the sky opens up.
But, GREAT NEWS! My Dh's cancer areas on the top of his head are all gone! No more trips to TO unless our dr sees a problem! Yay!

Thank you, @GoJays ! We're home safe and sound, sipping scotch and taking deep breaths, about to put a Midsomer show on,,,with..."sigh", John Nettles. I watched a documentary this afternoon on Shakespeare with him on screen doing the narrating.....
Thanks again, Jay's!
