LOL, not just you. I looked at it when I first woke up but I thought it was because my eyes weren't focusing. I just checked again - definitely pulsing

White cheddar kraft dinner and veggies for lunch, another homemade pizza for supper. I think the pizza I will do chicken, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese.
I have to eat well today since I have to work all day tomorrow and lunch will consist of a bagel since there is no fridge or any place to cook Supper will probably be something quick like mr noodle since I get home around 8:30 those nights

Haven't cooked a meal in a while, but last night I made bbq baby back ribs with smashed potatoes and corn on the cob. Tonight I'm going to make a prime rib with yorkshire puddings, mashed potato and carmelized carrots and parsnips. It feels good to be able to cook again, Seems silly to say that but I love cooking so when I'm not able to, I really miss it.

Beef barley soup made from some of last night's leftovers.

Tomorrow, I think we will take the remainder of that roast and cook something Japanese. lol. There's a big asian food mart that was going out of business and had a crazy sale on yesterday so DH stocked up on all kinds of interesting stuff including some shirataki noodles which I have been dying to cook with.

It's the roast beef that keeps on giving. Thank you No Frills!!

I went fishing with my brother and another friend of ours. We all caught a lot of fish and let them all go again. I eventually had a bowl of Shreddies for supper at 9:00pm, neither my husband or I were up to cooking supper tonight.

Spicy Italian veggie sausages, peppers and onions, stewed tomatoes, lentils, rice. Should have taken a picture, but hunger got the better of me.

I had a huge hunk of mozzarella to use up, so made pizza. I have picky eaters so I always make three different kinds: Pepperoni, ham and plain cheese.

It's called "Fancy Chinese Cuisine" lol, despite the funny name, it's always packed- weeknights and weekends! Especially weekends. ALL DAY.
They'll actually post a sign on the door telling people they're full and there are no tables available.
If anyone decides to go, reserve a table a couple weeks in advance
Food is fairly inexpensive, really yummy and service is good too.
