LOL, my eating habits are legendary huh I just figured it is going to cost me about $4 to make and it seems hearty and cozy, so I'll give it a shot. Plus I was thinking about that cauliflower soup from the WW thread, but I am scared my blender won't handle it and I'll end up with lumpy soup

I just finished cleaning out our chest freezer and organizing it.
I have apple rhubarb crisp in the oven. I also have fish and chips in the oven (last box from the freezer). I have fish and chips on the grocery list for this week at Sobeys to get the bonus points, I am using my FPCs on it so it'll be an even better deal.Help me out with Swagbucks and we can both earn gift cards and PayPal money

Had a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner - sure wish I would have remembered to take a pic!
Turkey (I've only made several, so I'm always a little worried, but it turned out fab); stuffing, gravy, smashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, corn, cranberry sauce - and the hit of the meal was cabbage rolls I made with bacon - they were crazy good!
Hm... I'm pretty sure tonight is leftovers...

I swear all I've done is eat over the past 3 days. At my nephew's wedding on Saturday they served turkey and roast beef. I outsmarted myself by eating only the beef, knowing that I would eat turkey in a couple days.
We went to a buffet restaurant in the USA with my in-laws for Thanksgiving on Sunday...and I stuck to the Chinese food portion-- spicy asian chicken and stir fry pork...so I wouldn't be sick of turkey.
Had a traditional Thanksgiving dinner at my sister's yesterday with turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, squash, garlic bread and many desserts (of which the apple pie was THE best part...oh, and my sister's awesome homemade pickled beets. OMG. Could eat an entire jar of just those!)
So tonight we are having our own kinda-sorta Thanksgiving dinner at home with just our two kiddies with a honey-mustard glazed ham, scalloped potatoes, squash, steamed broccoli, and a red cabbage salad. Think we'd better skip the dessert. We've had enough dessert in the past little while to make those early morning runs a little bit painful.Last edited by ninna; Tue, Oct 9th, 2012 at 03:06 PM.

Turkey last weekend from a wedding, turkey sunday from Thanksgiving dinner, leftover turkey sandwich yesterday and I was going to have leftover turkey poutine tonight, but I didn't have any gravy left. And I don't have fries, only hashbrowns. I'm just gonna make a mixture of hashbrowns, turkey, bacon & cheese and see how it turns out.
