Everyone has meals to last the week now. I got off easy today, pulled a previously made Shepherd's Pie out of the freezer for DD, that and made her the shrimp fried rice again, loaded with veg this time. Still was some ground turkey cooked there for her wraps.
Did a mega size veg stir fry for all of us, steamed regular veg for DH to have with that roast and roasted potatoes. Sliced 2 fresh pineapples up into long spear pieces. Did up my cod and alaskan pollock fillets with plenty of lemon juice, used a Mrs dash called Chipotle on it. Smelled good. We have lots of fresh berries too this week and sliced cantaloupe, cucumbers to snack away on.
I might just have some tomato sammies for dinner since that GF french bread turned out nice.

Corn on the cob!!!! Can't believe they still had some at the farm today. It was not the season's best buit still better than any of that cattle feed you get off season.

Teriyaki chicken, rice, steamed broccoli, yellow pepper and cauliflower.
Also prepped my lunch for tomorrow - yummy big salad with a boiled egg and a few nuts for protein. An apple and cheese for a morning snack.

I made a bagel for work and had planned to come home and eat leftovers, but was still really hungry at work so ended up going to the asian grocery store and getting the sunday sushi special. $5.49 for 21 pieces of assorted sushi and I have enough leftovers for my lunch tomorrow and will be eating the leftovers that were supposed to be supper tonight tomorrow night instead.

Leftover Pizza Hut pizza from my friend's 30th Birthday party. It was free to use because they had 5 pizza leftover. I had helped out and brought an appetizer.

Last night was chicken balls (Country Morning ones from Co-op, they are awesome and were on for $5); roasted potatoes, carrots, and onions to go with.

Chickens have balls? Lol...I know, very immature of me, but couldn't resist! Were these in the deli or frozen, Natalka? And were they breaded?
I made sweet & sour pork, beef & veg stirfry and a plain fried rice. The children picked out only the beef and broccoli to eat in the stirfry.

Nothing tonight, I'm still so full from the breakfast buffet from the hotel. I'm just having a few cookies and some pop at the porter lounge before my flight.

I don't actually know what I'm having. I am headed off to an evening workshop for work that promises some kind of "light meal." I'm thinking that equals cheese and crackers and maybe some fruit?
DH is taking advantage of my dinner-time absence to run to Costco so he can indulge his "Costco dog and pop" fetish...and to buy us more coffee beans because we ran out this morning."Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken." Oscar Widle
