I tried to find someone who wanted to come over tonight that didn't want to watch football, but no one didn't want to watch football. Meh! So I am having Chunky soup and a bowl of tomato soup (Veggies) and crackers.

Roast beef, mashed potatoes, veggies and stuffing for tonight's supper. I like making a roast because we then have sandwich fixings for the week...I'm trying to buy less ham and processed meats these days.

I have a question about this. Are you suppose to eat the roll too or just the inside? I'm just wondering if the pasta would get really hard and not be ediable or does the stuffing keep most of it moist? It sound delish and I'd love to give it a try with a few twists.

I don't care for football {{{don't strike me dead}}}, so no football here yesterday, We went to another flea market, then home and just ate up some leftovers. Hot turkey sandwhiches with some fresh corn on the cob that I bought at the market, and I also made some potato pancakes with fresh sage and cheese to go along with it.

I always boil my sausages, when they are cooked, I take them and either fry them in a pan with a tiny bit of butter or broil them just to crisp them up nicely and brown them. I want to make sure that any sausage meat is cooked

I did find that the top got WAY too crunchy so next time I will tent them with foil when I cook them. Also make sure your sauce is really thick and let them cool a bit in the tins before you attempt to remove so they can become firmer.
