I purchase some great fresh carrots, tomatoes, radishes and green onions at the farmers market. Then we went to a fish market and I got a fabulous piece of salmon for $5.49, almost a full half
so last night, I roasted the carrots, radishes and tomatoes with some EVOO, fresh garlic and s&p and grilled the salmon. Fabulous quick dinner!

We also picked up 2 fabulous lobster tails at the fish market, and tonight I'm going to make a nice steakk and lobster dinner. Guess I own dh a great dinner, he has been so wonderful while I'm not doing wo well. I'm going to do some twice baked/stuffed potatoes, grill the fabulous ribs steaks and the lobster tails, and make a gluten free garlic bread to go along with it.

Lazy momma meal night. Everything we are eating came out of a box or bag that was in the freezer. LOL. Chicken strips, perogies, and green beans. Just so we stick with the "lazy and frozen" routine, I'm probably gonna add chocolate ice cream to that for dessert.

Dh said last nights dinner was better than anything he had in a restaurant in a long time, made me happy

I made my steak and lobster, had made bread for him earlier so also made a few buns to go with dinner, and a twice baked potato! Actually remembered to take some pictures!
Got these babies from the fish market yesterday and I like to serve mine the same way you get them in the restaurant to had to pop the tails up

Made these buns yesterday while making some bread for dh and myself

And....this was dinner

i've been sick to my stomach all day so all i could muster up today was a slice of toast. dh made the kids some linguinie with alfredo sauce and used the leftover m&m's bistro chicken (portabello) to go with it, garlic bread.
