Tonight the feast will be.....salad made from ingredients grown in my garden, french fries and spicy chicken wings slow roasted in the oven with ice cream for dessert.

I'm cooking burgers, smashed potatoes, roasted broccoli. Sadly I am out of cheese! This NEVER happens in my house! Overnight I'm going to do a small pork roast in my crockpot for tomorrow.

Yesterday I made tater salad with the usual suspects like taters and mayo but then I added 2 kinds of mustard, a couple of hard boiled eggs diced, chili paste for heat, super thin green onions, and peas and of course BACON . It was soooooo yummy! I served it with simple grilled chicken. Tonight will be more tater salad and I'm thinking of a Mexican-ish stuffed pepper??? Oh ya and yesterday I also prepped the chicken for my butter chicken which I think we will have on Friday

I think you'll love it. The best part is you can adjust it to the way you like it before marinating the meat. Let me know how it goes.

Do i really need fish sauce do you think? I bought it once for a recipe, never used more than a splash and tossed it.

Ended up having takeout last night instead of what I planned...

Was trying to decide yesterday what to make for tonight, son made a request - so it shall be granted!

He wants tomato soup and tuna sandwiches - simple and yummy!
I'll make some egg salad, too, because husband is not a tuna fan.

Last night was steak, baked potato, and re heated roasted cauliflower we had left over from the weekend.

Thinking of something quick and easy tonight as I have a lot to get done after work and even though my mom is home all day lately she does not start cooking until well after I am home and I eating dinner at 7 pm is not working for me. Hopefully this weekend I can get a ton of food prep done and fill my new freezer and maybe come up with a meal plan for next week.
