    Tonight will be tacos I think since the kids love them and I have the meat ready in the freezer so just have to defrost. Then I will have more time to prep meals for the rest of the week. Will bbq chicken and fish for the next 2 days. With broccoli (since that is in the fridge) with perogies I think.

    Steamed fresh peas with mint, baked chicken, and homemade white bread. First time I tried the bread recipe and was a little disappointed with the amount of sugar. Next time will be better.

    Tonight was chicken pieces, baked with carrots, celery and onions. The juices then went into the mashed potaoes, with veggies overtop.
    Simple and yummy.

    Last night was chicken fingers with homemade pottine, not the best meal I know but it wasn't take out so that is a stepping stone for us.

    Tonight will be homemade burgers with homemade onion rings as mom says she has been craving this and bought everything to make them the other day.

    I cooked a chicken last night, so I've shredded the breasts to put into chicken quesadillas. Cooking mushrooms/onions/peppers now.
