Last night was meat sauce I made on the weekend over pasta, It was super good, too good. Ate to much and got a tummy ache so I was in bed by 8. But it was so good.

It was really, really good!!! Using the goat cheese & balsamic vinegar I just use salt & pepper in the ground turkey to keep it simple and not mess up the other flavours too much.

I took out some chicken thighs earlier, I might skin those marinade and bbq them(salt, pepper, garlic powder, green onion & ketchup makes the best chicken marinade, score the chicken all over ) but it is cold, so see about that. I also have a pineapple to use so I love that grilled too--so if I go through all that trouble will toss on the grill a mushroom packet (whole mushrooms with celery salt, dollop of sour cream splash of chicken broth) and maybe just have rice with it on the side.

Taco soup! I made my own taco seasoning, and did my own black beans from dried (did a big batch and froze them, only used some here). Also includes chicken, salsa, frozen corn, chicken broth, and we'll have it with some broken nacho chips and cheese.

After my big shop at walmart fri morning I'll make calzones fri night. Buy pizza dough from walmart and add fillings. Just brown in pan 3mins apx per side and then pop in the oven for 20mins.

I had boring dinner night because I haven't had a chance to go grocery shopping yet lol.

Chicken breast chopped up and cooked with zucchini and onion (sriracha on top) with couscous and some veggie dumplings.

I was thinking of stroganoff since it's going to get yucky here later today and I haven't made that in what seems like forever. I'll serve a nice big salad on the side

Who made chicken florentine earlier this week (I can't find the post)? I bookmarked the link provided and made it tonight. I added steamed cauliflower and carrots...it was out of this world!
