Last night I made salt and pepper ribs and a cesar salad. Was sooo tired after a day spent cleaning so it was easy and quick.

Last night was pasta bake with garlic toast, oh it was yummy cheesy goodness which was exactly what I wanted at the end of the week. Now back to healthier cooking.

Waiting to see if the rain is going to stop, might go to my cabin this evening..I have some scallops to cook, will sear in a pan with lots of garlic butter until they are all caramelized..and I have some cod and going to deep fry (outside) a big feed of fish & chips...beer battered fish and homemade fries with ketchup and/or vinegar...

^Oh, yum on the homemade fish and chips!
Giant roaster in the oven with chicken pieces, potatoes, carrots, and onions - chicken seasoned with a bit of leftover bbq sauce, and on everything - garlic, s+p, and Italian seasoning.
Will make coleslaw to go with.
Late supper tonight, probably eating closer to eight.

Leftover chicken and potatoes, will make some mixed veggies to go along with that, plus a salad.
Husband has gained four pounds, yay!
