I picked it up for $2.25/lb back in January using my saved up club Sobeys points. I currently have more frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts than anything else in the freezer. I'd love some suggestions on how to use them.

    Boneless skinless chicken breasts.
    - I bake them and use them with a deluxe tossed salad.
    - marinated chicken skewers
    - chicken mushroom sauce with pasta
    - chicken fettuccine Alfredo
    - chicken and veggie stirfry
    - chicken wraps
    - chicken salad sandwich

Dump the chicken in a crock pot or baking dish and cover with salsa or mushroom soup, cook until it can be shredded. Serve over rice with veggies.

Dinner is spaghetti tomorrow night, but made the tomato sauce tonight:

We're doing the charcoal old fashioned coals BBQ tonight. ( hope there is no rain coming!!)
Sharing a large T-bone. ( I call the tender part on the side!! ) DH likes his well done, me medium well so it is a delicate operation of removing my part early at some point. Making DD and DS skewers with chicken breast chunks, fresh pineapple and green peppers. Their sides are boiled red skin potatoes and Bush's beans, DH and I are having a green salad.

^ I have a propane bbq but I think the charcoal bbq always taste better--especially pork chops!
It's cool here today for a change, so baking pork chops in the oven with onions & cream of mushroom soup and with it fluffy mashed potatoes and green peas.

Thanks for sharing. That's a great link. I made a note to make some more bean sprouts to try some new recipes later in the week.

^ agreed that charcoal is better, and wood is even better than that!

I hurt my knee last night, plus it's hot, husband got paid, son is coming over, so FOUR reasons why we are ordering Chinese food in tonight. Oooooh, can't wait!

well the rain came so the steaks were done inside on my oblong grill, the skewers of chicken breast/pineapple and veg were placed on the George Foreman grill. Two steaks, so plenty of meat to go around!! Caramelized a huge pan of onions/shrooms, then added 1 can Franco American beef gravy to it to have as a drizzle over the steaks. ( no one here cares for any steak sauce stuff ) Switched up the sides though, roasted a whole cauliflower ( cut into thick slices, seasoned ) and had with boiled red skin potatoes.
