Leftover tacos for the teenager since he needs to eat afterschool before he is on the go. Chicken (put in the crockpot this morning) with rice and salad. And lots of chicken leftovers for wraps tomorrow for lunch

Steak, grilled red peppers, and caesar salad. Most caesar salads are made with creamy caesar dressing but I also like the vinaigrette version. It's zingy

Dh recently used our bbq at a volunteer event at our local museum and it got damamged on the bbq's return trip.

I am pan frying home made hamburgers (lean ground beef on sale at Sobeys this week), white M&C, onions fried in butter, marinated veggies roasted in the oven (celery, yellow pear tomatoes, and zucchini). All served with a glass of milk.

Yesterday I baked a new recipe of oatmeal cranberry white chocolate squares, but I won't be doing it again. It was a recipe from WM, but I only like it when mixed with vanilla icecream. I made 2 1/2 dozen banana zucchini chocolate chip muffins too.

Supper tonight was fried garlic sausage, beans w/bacon, and a pasta side - made WM's version of chicken Sidekicks, and it was not great, very gluey consistency to the sauce which I had to fix, and I added leftover pasta shells which were broken and not stuffable from a previous meal.

Grilled shish taouk marinaded chicken with a creamy feta dipping sauce, rice and carrots-my family seems to be on a Mediterranean kick!

Keeping it simple for dinner this evening. Turkey salad with mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, cheddar cheese, olives, marinated beets and balsamic vinaigrette.
