I do not think asking the gang to eat up the already made ( and yummy ) cabbage rolls is asking too much?? Not feeling like cooking anything new today.

I'm making chicken cutlets & I have some delicious green beans & little red potatoes that I'll pan fry.

I like a little squeeze of lemon over my cutlets.
Enjoy the day & happy cooking everyone!!

Last night my wonderful man made meatloaf, mashed potatoes with green beans and baby carrots. It was amazing like usual. Tonight- I'm not sure yet but thinking it will be a clean out the fridge/freezer kind of night. A bit of this and that. Then I can meal plan the rest of the week
Something in the crockpot for tomorrow nights dinner since we have hockey

I cooked a pork roast and made gravy last night, so that's what we're having for supper tonight. I think I overcooked it just a bit though; oh well, gravy will moisten things up.
