I'm having a not-feeling-like-eating day, so I had toast.
I've been making calorie-laden meals for my husband so he can gain weight (he's been doing okay!), but he had a meeting at church tonight, so it was something simple. I sauteed onions, added a package of salami sliced up, and made five eggs over-easy to put on top. He had that all with a 1/2 loaf of fresh bread.

Making some cabbage rolls for a friend so I will make some for us as well. I love having little packs of them in the freezer for nights I don't feel like cooking.

it's a totally miserable weather day here..can hear the rain pounding against the house--perfect for cooking!!! I have tons of stuff to use up in the fridge so going to make some sauces, i.e tomato/spaghetti, soup broths, maple beans in the oven and freeze it all for later use..and I have a huge pork shoulder in the slow cooker to make pulled pork..it smells yummy already!!

Nobody was home to eat yesterday so they are getting the cabbage rolls again today. No cooking for me.
