Giant Tiger won't return socks that are still in the original package and haven't been opened, (dh is super picky about his socks and didn't like the feel of them), because they are considered undergarments.
Would have been nice to be informed that they were not returnable when I was buying them, I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't count socks as undergarments(and I've never had an issue anywhere else returning socks).

Lyssia....see if you can speak to the manager. This happened to me there where I bought the wrong socks for DH and I returned them the next day with the receipt and they said no problem.

I've called 3 stores and customer service and nope not returnable. I've returned bras and bathing suits there before, don't know why they are so picky about unused socks!

I used to have my mail forwarded to a friend of mine, except now we are not friends anymore cos she's a little snake. Now she's holding my mail hostage until I speak to her. I am not interested in talking and just want my mail!!! Is it illegal for her to hold mail hostage that is addressed to me? The letter is time sensitive and from my lawyer. I am in the process of changing my mailing info now but ugh. I'm fuming!!

Thanks for all the comments and support about that dang pineapple. LOL! I made sure that not a inch of that pineapple went to waste and we enjoyed it raw for breakfast the first day and also grilled some with steak and prawns one evening. There was nothing special about it - It was a Dole Super Sweet (?) but not organic I don't think. There was no price on the stand and I realized that I could ended up paying $4 or so....but it was going to be a treat as I normally buy them from No Frills when they are on for $2. That is definitely the most I have ever seen Pineapple sell for. I wonder if they will even sell or just go bad and get thrown out.

Apparently other people are allowed to get sick, me not so much. Woke up Saturday with a horrible sore throat and just felt horrible, I did not have to work so I proceeded to take my own personal sick day. All day all I heard was if your that sick go to the doc (um it is Saturday he isn't open and I am not going to a walk in) or well you can't be that sick. Funny because the persona saying all of this was supposed to work Friday and called in sick where is I did not even have to work but I could not be that sick.

Thcashier at superstore was so rude, I pricematched ivory dish detergent from the nofrills flyer and tried to use the p&g coupon. Which says buy 2 save $2.50 wub 2 olay body was or ANY ivory PRODUCTS. Ugh so annoyed, guess ill just stick to walmart.

I was pretty upset that my dentist had no coupons either. With what they charge, the least they can do is provide freebies and coupons!

I always ask for a toothbrush and extra floss on every visit, since it seems they usually only offer that stuff when you are in for a cleaning. They are always generous. I promise to floss every day if I can have enough for one in every room so I always see it as a reminder. lol They love that and load me up. I have never seen or received COUPONS though!!

Came home yesterday to find a shopping cart. YES! A shopping cart - (like from the grocery store) parked on my driveway.

So I had to do a walk of shame back to No Frill's to return it - with everyone probably thinking that *I* took it.

When I went to the mailbox to deliver a trade today, I realized why.

I noticed that my old TV - the one I threw out last month on account of an overzealous toddler breaking the LCD, was back on my porch.

Really? I mean REALLY? Who does that?

It's one thing to return a TV to my porch that is obviously broken and that's why it was on my porch (somebody was going to buy it for parts off kijiji) when you trespassed and took it. It's another thing to leave the shopping cart you stole to transport said TV set, in my drive way.

This is our dentist. DD always picks a huge sparkly ring. They look almost real! I've never seen such good quality kids jewellery. I always forget to ask where they get such nice things. DD looks forward to the dentist just for the new ring! lol
