What's For Dinner?

Grilling turkey drumsticks, potato, peppers, zucchini, onions and mushroom. Blueberry crisp and vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Cottage roll with a honey glaze, mashed potatoes. Brussel sprouts and salad.

BBQ burgers (Sensations from Sobeys, the sirloin ones), with all the trimmings.

We had spaghetti, with fresh sliced garden produce and the peach pie is baking for dessert.

Saturday was veggie burgers with rosemary and parmesan roasted potatoes

Sunday - bbq chicken souvlaki on a pita with tomatoes, onion, tzatziki and grilled zuchinni on the side.

Bacon wrapped chicken, baked potatoes on the BBQ, I'll make a salad and have rolls with it. I haven't made Jello in a long time so maybe we'll have that for dessert.

Last night was zucchini cakes and to hit will be bbq'd black bean burgers with salad.

I'm SO very jealous - I love lobster, but haven't had it for like 25 years!

Tonight, chili served with pasta, garlic toasted buns.

I had shrimp pajeon - green onion pancake with shrimp added. Dipped it in a mix of soy sauce and rice vinegar. It's a quick hot meal.

Tonight will be BBQ Pulled Pork over Mashed Potatoes with a side Salad.

Mmm, ribs, had those on the weekend (pressure cooker). Last night it was leftover mac and cheese, which also came from the pressure cooker! Tonight though, I dunno.
