    Oriental marinated porkchops on the BBQ, sauteed chayote squash with carrots and garlic, all over steamed rice Hubby did not want any so he had leftover pepperoni pizza. More for me, even packed some for tomorrow's lunch.

    Last night we ended up having homemade Mac & Cheese with Steak and mushrooms and onions

    Tonight is a mystery, Mom is working till 5 so won't be home until well after 6 (she never leaves on time) so it will be a later dinner so will need to get creative.

    I have a lot of ripe tomatoes in my garden. I'll have to meal plan to try to use them as they ripen. I have 3 different varieties of ripe tomatoes, some are even a yellow variety.
