Mom didn't make pasta as planned so instead I found left over pasta and meat sauce in the fridge which I tossed in a baking dish with a light sprinkling of cheese.

the roast pan is filled with lazy Cabbage!! There is no room in the fridge so into the cold storage room it goes!! I used a huge Savoy cabbage for this batch.....I might even use some for a WW meal tomorrow ( she runs to get her Smartpoints calculator )

Well the oldest ate all the taco wraps so I had to figure something out for the youngest and I. Pulled a container of cooked pork and steak from freezer. Pulled a small container of leftover pasta and sauce from freezer. Pulled rice from fridge (from other day)
DS had a pile of pork, pasta/sauce and rice. I had rice and steak. Dinner done and stuff out of the freezer!

Husband will have leftovers from yesterday. I had a late lunch, so for a later supper I'll have ham on french bread, maybe with cup o' soup.

I'm not up for cooking this tonight. Dh's grandpa died on Tuesday in Calgary. My artist/photographer friend (my wedding photographer) died yesterday in Saskatoon from cancer. I'm feeling particularly bad both physically and emotionally today. I don't even want to take the kids out grocery shopping with me today. So I'm trying to figure out an alternative for supper so that I don't need to stand out there cooking for very long and I really don't want to waste the money on restaurant food.
